So many great presentations planned!!!
Michael D Lacopo's class on "Finding and Using German Church Records" was very informative. I sure appreciated the opportunity to teach a primer on deciphering old German script today.
I am happy to answer questions, or direct you to useful German genealogy links.
Next Wednesday, March 10, 7pm I'll be presenting "Central Europe Genealogy is Easy, Merci Napoleon" at the McHenry Public Library via zoom. This will include the countries of France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Here's a link to their calendar to sign up which is open to anyone: http://evanced.mchenrylibrary.org/evanced/lib/eventcalendar.asp
We'll deep-dive into many of the resources that will be mentioned in our next Eurosig on BENELUX. Hope to "see" you there!
This might be a better link:

Or just go to the McHenry Public Library website and look under events.
I found this info on another site. You may find it interesting and helpful.
